2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (full name and email), browsing data collected through cookies (IP address, device type, browser, language and pages visited) and, when applicable, any additional data you decide to share when requesting advisory services.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you our newsletter and financial-education guides, manage your advisory request, inform you of relevant regulatory changes, measure site usage and comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations before SUNAT and the SBS.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with your free, prior, express and informed consent under article 5 of Law No. 29733. Where applicable, it is also based on compliance with legal obligations, the performance of a requested service and the legitimate interest of Pasape in ensuring the security and continuous improvement of the site.
5. Data retention
We retain your data only for as long as strictly necessary for the stated purposes and, in any case, for a period of five (5) years following the last interaction, unless Peruvian regulations require a longer period.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share strictly necessary information with contracted service providers (hosting, email delivery, web analytics) acting as data processors under contract and with the guarantees required by Law No. 29733.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent (ARCO rights) at any time by writing to contacto@pasape.com and attaching a copy of your identity document. You may also file complaints with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

We apply appropriate technical, organisational and legal measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and periodic audits.
