These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the pasape.com site (the “Site”) operated by Pasape — Strategic Advisory of Peru S.A.C., tax ID 20612847593, in accordance with Peruvian legislation applicable in 2026.
2. Purpose of the Site
Pasape provides information, educational content and contact forms related to financial-education and strategic savings-planning programmes. The content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment recommendations or personalised financial advice in the sense of article 6 of the General Law of the Financial System.
3. Acceptable use
Users agree to use the Site in accordance with Peruvian law, public morals and public order. Any fraudulent, automated or harmful use that may damage the Site’s infrastructure or third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All content (texts, graphics, logos, code, images) is the property of Pasape or its licensors and is protected by Legislative Decree No. 822 on Copyright of Peru. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Judicial District of Lima.
